I am an experienced water and wastewater sector engineer with 32 years of service in the state irrigation and public health department. I completed my PhD on benchmarking water utilities in India and my MTech thesis on the environmental impact assessment of hydropower projects. My expertise includes water and wastewater project planning and operations, service benchmarking, performance assessment, contract management, and water pricing. Notably, I established the first autonomous water supply and sanitation company in Shimla, demonstrating my commitment to improving water services and management.

Having 25 years of experience in GIS & IT systems development spanning across multiple domains including Utilities, Telecom (Network & BI Systems), Road Navigation systems and Pharma R&D Big Data IT Platforms.

He specializes in GIS support, 3D visualization, data transformation, and Web GIS administration. Prasad is also passionate about continuous learning and volunteers as an external faculty at various institutes.
